Dialogue Cultural Space, 43A Vyner St, London E29DQ

Picture
Farcry productions created the Dialogue Cultural space in 2008 . The first show 'Remnants of our Past' dealt with the issue of  the end of violence on the Island of Ireland.  'Loss" the 2nd show that remained for over a year dealt with the issue of child abuse, more specifically clerical child abuse in Industrial school settings.  During the summer of 2012 the space ran an event 'Marathon Irish' see www.marathonirish.com for details.  The  next work to be launched in the space will deal with the issue of Ireland Magdalene women, the Mother and baby homes and the children trafficked out of Ireland.  There will be a series of talks, events, and debates over the course of the year to deal with the many complex issues that lie within this traumatic history that is still by and large silenced and without testimony.  The show is titled 'All this in the name of Jesus' and will open in December 2012 for a year.
